Shipping Policy

Dr. LeBlanc's team at Choose Health strives to ship all testing kits within 1-3 business days from the United States. 

All packages are insured by Choose Health.

Order Errors

Any order errors — including mis-shipments, missing items, damaged items, packages marked delivered but not received, etc. — must be reported within 30 days of order delivery to receive resolution or correction.

Lost Mail

For domestic shipments LabWell Healthcare / Choose Health will re-ship your package if the package was deemed lost or has not been delivered 21 days after shipment date.

Return Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on testing kits once it leaves our lab.
